Q: I've been subscribed for a while. Do I get the new early-order gifts retroactively?

A: Gifts are tied to your order count going forward, so if you're already past Order 4, you won't get the Orders 1 through 4 gifts. You're still fully on track for your Order 6, 10, 11, and 12 rewards.

Q: I resubscribed after canceling. Why didn't I get my Order 1 gift again?

A: The Order 1 gift is reserved for brand-new customers. Your order count is tied to your account and doesn't reset when you cancel, so a returning subscription picks up right where it left off, even if it feels like a fresh start.

Q: I skipped an upcoming order. Do I still get the gift tied to it?

A: Skipping an order means that milestone's gift is skipped too. It won't carry over to your next order.
