We are so sorry that you didn’t love your lashes! We want to help you find something you love, so we have made returns and exchanges easy for you! 

We are happy to accept your return of new, unused products within 30 days of delivery. If any lashes in the boxes have been removed or used, the box is not refundable. If your item meets these requirements, you can initiate your return by visiting https://flutterhabit.returnlogic.com/. Be sure to have your order number and shipping zip code on hand! If you do not have your order number, please email us at [email protected] and our team will assist you! 

If you are attempting to return a portion of a bundle that is unused, please contact us at [email protected] so we can best assist you with this request as these are unable to go through our returns system successfully. 

If you are unsatisfied due to difficulties applying the lashes, please first contact us so we can help! There are a few common reasons that you may not be having success and we would love to help you troubleshoot.
